ASH Is Now Installable on Your Phone (PWA)

ASH Team · 17 July 2026 · 4 min read

A lot of CRM work happens away from a desk, at a site visit, on a counselling floor, or between meetings. ASH is now a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can add it to your phone's home screen and open it with a single tap, without going through the browser each time. There is nothing to download from an app store; the app you already use simply becomes more reachable.

What a PWA gives you

Installing ASH as a PWA puts an icon on your home screen and opens it in its own window, without the browser address bar and tabs. It feels like a native app while staying the same ASH you use on the web, so there is no separate version to learn and nothing extra to keep updated. For anyone who lives in their phone during the day, it removes a small but constant bit of friction.

How to add it to your home screen

The steps differ slightly by platform, but both take only a moment.

  • Android (Chrome): open ASH in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Add to Home screen (you may see an install prompt appear on its own). Confirm, and the ASH icon appears alongside your other apps.
  • iPhone (Safari): open ASH in Safari, tap the Share button, scroll to Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. The icon then behaves like any other app on your home screen.

After that, launching ASH is a single tap, which matters when you are checking a lead's details between conversations.

What works offline and what needs a connection

It is worth being clear about this so there are no surprises in the field. The PWA improves how you access ASH; it does not turn it into a fully offline product.

  • Works offline: the app shell loads reliably, so opening ASH is quick even on a weak connection, and you are not stuck staring at a blank browser tab.
  • Needs a connection: live data is served online. Viewing current leads, sending WhatsApp messages, updating stages and syncing activity all require the internet, because that information is live and shared across your team.

In short, the PWA makes ASH faster to reach and more app-like, while the real-time CRM work stays connected so everyone sees the same up-to-date picture.

A small change that adds up

None of this changes what ASH does; it changes how easily you get to it. For field-heavy teams in real estate or education, one-tap access several times a day genuinely adds up. Install it once on the devices your team uses, and the CRM is always a tap away. If you are still comparing options, our features overview walks through what else ASH offers on mobile and desktop.
