How to Share Brochures on WhatsApp Automatically

Give it a clear title and a short summary, because that is what the AI reads to decide relevance. You can upload the file directly, or paste a hosted link in the Link / media URL field on the document form.

How the AI decides what to send

When a customer messages on WhatsApp, ASH searches your Knowledge Base for material that fits their question and drafts a reply. If a document genuinely answers the query — someone asks for the MBA fee structure and you have that brochure — the assistant attaches it. ASH knows what each item is and delivers it in the right form:

Write for the match

  • Use titles a customer would recognise — "2BHK Brochure — Wakad" beats "Doc final v3".
  • Add the specifics people ask for, like size, price and eligibility, in the summary or body.
  • Keep one asset per document so the AI attaches exactly what was asked for.
  • Add tags that match how customers actually phrase things.
